Anger Management for Workplaces - Perth
# Workplace Anger Management Perth
## Course Outline
### Overview
In Perth's high octane business world, I've watched thousands of our business elite wrestle with anger issues at work, whether it's fiery board room debates in the CBD to tension filled stand offs in warehouse environments across the metro. And that's why this A Z course on anger has been created because anger is the 100% normal at work learnable emotion that, when used and controlled well, can be the engine that drives you and your people towards success instead of being the downfall of your career.
The program is integrated with scientifically proven psychological concepts blended with direct tips and tricks. Learners will be challenged through practical and applicable examples across a range of Perth workplaces including mining & resources, hospitality and professional services. Instead of trying to shove our feelings down, we work on how we can feel, channel our feelings and communicate when things get tough.
This is not about building workplace robots who never get frustrated. It's about building your emotional intelligence skills to enhance relationships, develop better teams, and work together more effectively. The course acknowledges that uncontrolled anger is estimated to cost Australian companies in excess of $6 billion annually, added to which are significant cost through lack of productivity, turnover of valuable staff, workers compensation and legal bills.

### Concluding Remarks
This course also turns office anger from a detriment into a strength by teaching the participant proven regulation techniques. Those that attend return with practical tools in hand, greater self awareness, and more effective communication skills. Its Perth centric nature ensures that it's culturally appropriate and relevant, while covering issues that are common across every workplace.
Instead of removing workplace frustration, we will help you better respond to the inevitable workplace stressors. You will help move the needle on more positive work cultures where the conflict is something that can be navigated through to support continuous growth instead of something that becomes an ongoing source of friction. An investment in these skills really is the gift that keeps on giving, not only in terms of career progression, team dynamics, and job satisfaction.
